SPRING YARD CLEAN-UP
Spring yard clean-up includes the lawn and landscape areas. We will thoroughly rake the lawn at least two times, cut, edge, and trim all turf areas, remove leaves and dead grass from the lawn, debris from the landscape areas, sidewalks, driveways, and patios will be blown off. Disposal fees are not included in the price. There is a $150 minimum charge for this service, plus disposal. Price (+tax) is $75 per hour / per person, with a crew of 3. A billable example: 1 hr of work with a crew of 3 people = $225.00/3 hrs of billable time. Disposal fees are $5.50 per 55 gal or $27 per yard.

WEEKLY MOWING SERVICE
Weekly mowing service / lawn care: (May 1st - second week of October / 24 WEEKLY VISITS). Mowing service includes, detailed mowing, edging, trimming and bagging of all turf areas, all sidewalks, patios, & drives are blown off each weekly visit. Mowing service price is based on proper equipment needed for contour and size of the lawn. 24 Weekly Mowing’s will be divided into 5 monthly payments May 1st – September. Note: If your lawn is overgrown and has NOT been maintained before weekly mowing begins, JLS will bill you by the hour for the first visit. $68hr / per person. Your lawn will be bagged every week unless you notify the office. (Disposal fee: $4.50 per 55 gal or $25 per yard) Disposal not included in price.

DOG POOP REMOVAL
Dog poop removal service can be added to your mowing visit. Our crews will scan your entire property (turf and landscape) during the weekly or bi-weekly visit to clean any pet waste present on your property during our visit. Pet waste will be thrown into the waste container located on your property. $17.00 per visit/per dog for properties less than 1/2 acre. Contact us for pricing if your property is larger than 1/2 ace or you have multiple pets.

FALL TURF MOWING
This fall mowing service is for the last 2 weeks of October or in lieu of fall clean up. Leaf removal mowing service is for the last 2 weeks of October. This service includes removal of leaves from the lawn, sidewalks, and hard surfaces only, sidewalks, patios & drives are blown off each visit. The landscape beds will be done with the final Fall clean-up. There is a $150 minimum charge for this service, plus disposal. Price (+tax) is $68 per hour / per person, with a crew of 3. A billable example: 1 hr of work with a crew of 3 people = $204.00/3 hrs of billable time. Disposal fees are $4.50 per 55 gal or $25 per yard.

FALL LAWN CARE CLEAN UP
Leaf clean-up & final cut of the lawn. Service completed in November (weather permitting). This service includes the lawn and landscape areas. Turf areas are cut, edged, trimmed. Debris and dead grass are removed from the lawn. Debris from sidewalks, driveways, and patios will be blown off. -Fall plant cutbacks are performed during this service (unless noted otherwise). There is a $150 minimum charge for this service, plus disposal. Price (+tax) is $75 per hour / per person, with a crew of 3. A billable example: 1 hr of work with a crew of 3 people = $225.00/3 hrs of billable time. Disposal fees are $5.50 per 55 gal or $27 per yard.

PLANT AND SHRUB TRIMMING
Shrub & Plant Trimming, Weeding & Bed Maintenance Detailed pruning and shearing of all necessary plants, weeding of all landscape beds, and hard surfaces, and deadheading of perennials and annuals for a professional look. Weed control applied as necessary. Fall plant /shrub cutbacks can be scheduled in October or November. There is a $150 minimum charge for this service, plus disposal. Price (+tax) is $75 per hour / per person, with a crew of 3. A billable example: 1 hr of work with a crew of 3 people = $225.00/3 hrs of billable time. Disposal fees are $5.50 per 55 gal or $27 per yard. Service can be scheduled any of these months May - June - July - August - September - October – November Disposal fees are not included. $4.50 for a 50-gallon drum or $25 per yard.

FERTILIZER AND WEED CONTROL PROGRAM
5 Applications fertilization program. Each application visit consists of a top quality slow-release granular fertilizer and spraying of weeds. Granular fertilizer is more effective than inexpensive and less reliable liquid fertilizer. We use an application known as "spot spraying" to avoid over-applying herbicides. Meaning we only apply our products to areas where weeds are visible in your lawn. Spot spraying also involves going through your entire yard in detail. This allows us to locate and target areas dominated by persistent weeds, like Creeping Charlie. This process reduces the number of products used on your lawn. Pre-emergent is applied in the spring for a crabgrass preventative. The fall lawn fertilization application is to help prepare the grassroots for winter.

JAPENESE BEETLE, MOLE AND GRUB CONTROL
We recommend 2 applications for total control: April, June, or August for Japenese Beetle / Mole / Grub Control. The insecticide will help kill the larvae underground, preventing them not only from damaging your lawn, but keeping them from pupating into beetles and destroying your landscape trees, shrubs, flowers, and vegetable gardens. The killing of the food source (grubs) will help eliminate and/or reduce your mole problem. Each application needs to be watered in. Contact us for a custom program.

SNAPSHOT LANDSCAPE WEED CONTROL
Snapshot (AKA Preen) is a granular weed control applied to the landscape to prevent and control unwanted weeds. Snapshot is a great way to prevent weeds from growing in your landscape rocks and/or mulch. Snap-shot weed control is a pre-emergent and will help prevent new weeds from growing in your landscape. Snapshot weed control is a season-long control and it is safe around perennials. For best results, we recommend applying this product in the spring.

SNAPSHOT PLUS SUMMER LANDSCAPE CARE
Snapshot (AKA Preen) service begins with the application of Snapshot and continues through October 30th. Application of Snapshot applied to all mulched and/or rocked surfaces for season-long weed control (Snapshot is a granular weed control applied to prevent and control unwanted weeds). Plus weekly visits, starting the first part of May (weather permitting), and are scheduled to remove weeds, deadhead flowers, and clean beds of debris from your mulch and/or rock beds.

MOSQUITO PEST CONTROL
Mosquito control is a seasonal service. Treatments are all season long from May to the end of September, every 10-17 days. We use an exclusive proprietary blend of garlic, citronella, and other essential oils. Using only a minimal amount of control product to eradicate the existing mosquitoes on your property. Applied every 2-3 weeks for best control. If there is ever an issue with the treatment we will come out and reapply for free. If you are hosting a party or want a one-time mosquito control treatment, we can do that as well. Seasonal customers can also request treatment if you're hosting a party.

AERATION/OVERSEEDING LAWN SERVICE
Aeration lawn service is great for root development, improves the thickness of your lawn, reduces thatch, and builds drought resistance. Aeration lawn services are offered during the Spring and Fall season. Overseeding is done after the aeration lawn service. It helps thicken the turf and is one of the golf course's best-kept secrets. JLS will notify you before aeration begins, JLS is not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation heads or invisible fencing.

PAYMENT OPTION:

An invoice will be submitted after each completed service. Payments are due upon receipt of invoices. All payments received 30 days after date of invoice will be subject to a service charge. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors of Contractor, and the signature of the Client. In the event of legal action to collect a past due account, Client agrees to pay all collection costs including late charges of 18% per month for payments made after 30 days of invoice rendered. Client agrees to pay all attorney’s fees, and court costs. Contractor shall receive and Client agrees to pay the amounts stated herein for services and materials. All lawn services are automatically renewed each year. Client may cancel agreement upon a 30 day written notice to Contractor. If it shall become necessary for Contractor or Client to give notice of any kind, the same shall be written and served by sending such a notice by regular mail or email to the last known address of Contractor or Client.
