Aeration Plus Overseeding: Spring or Fall

Up to 8,000 sqft - $240.00** Aeration is beneficial for root development, improves lawn thickness, reduces thatch, and increases drought resistance. We also overseed using a high-quality athletic grass seed blend during the aeration process. A drop seeding spreader is utilized during this process, applying approximately 4 pounds of grass seed per 1,000 sqft.
