Weekly Mowing

(May 1 – October 31  / 26 WEEKLY VISITS)

Our mowing service includes thorough cutting and the appropriate use of each machine, tailored to your property's contours and needs, from May 1st through October 31st (26 weeks).

The JLS crew cuts in different directions each week to ensure an optimal lawn appearance. The service includes edging around all borders, landscape beds, trees, and ornamental plants. All hard surfaces are cleaned, and curb lines and sidewalk edges are edged weekly.

Pricing includes time to collect leaves in October and disposal for the entire mowing season. Pricing is based on the equipment best suited to the size and shape of your lawn. Our mowers range from 21”, 36”, 52”, to 62” decks.*NOTE*:

If your lawn is overgrown and has not been maintained before the start of weekly mowing, JLS will charge by the hour for the first cut at a rate of $84.00 per hour per person. Lawn clippings will be collected automatically each week for a neater appearance. Please notify us if you do NOT want the clippings bagged. ** During mowing, summer storms may result in downed limbs or additional debris. Our JLS crew will automatically clean up any debris that falls from storms or strong winds.

**Please note there will be an additional charge for time and disposal during storm cleanups: $84.00 per hour, $5.50 per bag, or $28.00 per yard.**
